JD (John David) Ballinger, Chairman, President and Co-Founder is a small business owner who has been on 38+ mission trips to many parts of the world. He built two churches in the slum areas of Nairobi Kenya. JD has planned, organized and lead mission trips to many areas, but mainly in Africa. He organized a local committee of nationals to supervise our activities in Nairobi, Kenya.

Doug Ballinger, Co-Founder and Treasurer is a retired businessman now living in southwest Florida. He has been on several mission trips to Nairobi, Kenya where he taught small business principles to attendees that lived in impoverished areas. Doug assisted in setting up two churches in slum areas in Nairobi by furnishing organizational advice and financial aid. His responsibilities include helping in planning, organizing and leading trips.
