Our Focus

Help the Least of These, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed to serve the extreme poor in Africa and other nations. Our efforts today are primarily in Kenya and Uganda. We focus our efforts in four areas:

Children's Needs - Such as Orphanage, Pre-school, Feeding Programs, Sports Camps and Vocational Training
Health Care - Such as Medical Missions Nutrition, Sanitation, Water, HIV Education and Support
Church Planting and Growth - Such as Construction, Equipping, Pastor Training, Seminars and Study Materials.

The Nairobi Chirstian Outreach Center in Kibera opened a second floor with a celebration during our October 2009 trip. The center is built around a church led by Pastor Amos Kagwetha. The center houses a preschool and 1st grade education program. Adding the second floor allowed the center to double the number of children that attend school there from 70 to 140. The center also provides a lunch meal to each child, which is often the only meal they will receive for the day. Special thanks goes out to Pastor Amos for his dedication to educating the children of Kibera and to all those HTLOT supporters who donate to keep the NCOC in operation!
